Best kit on Amazon that I found so far.I had back surgery a while back and one of the things that the physical therapist said was to use the bands to do various strength training exercises. Just like some chiropractors, the physical therapist just cut them off a huge spool and tied a knot at the end of them. They end up pinching and hurting you this way. Not good.When I received the Norse Strength Stretch Band Kit I was cautious to say the least. I thought they would be a disappointment. I am so happy to report that the Norse Strength Resistance Stretch Bands are far superior than my physical therapist had.Ideal fit and as you gain strength and stamina you can move up in thickness of the bands.One of the areas I was skeptical about was if they were super thin or not. To my pleasant surprise, these don't break.The bands come in a perfect fit drawstring bag which makes it super simple easy to keep all in one place and and toss them in my work bag.The door anchor and handles are a huge bonus. The door anchor is easy to use on my hallway bathroom door, and the handles are great so I don't accidentally fall and hurt my back.5 stars all the way here after testing these a few days so far.
