What a phone!
I bought this phone to replace my Nokia 3.2, which I wasn't overly excited with, and had incurred several hits against the wall due to constantly shutting down by itself. I really didn't expect much considering it was only£299 new, but OMG what a phone. Very responsive, great quad camera and battery life is even better than the 3.2 . All of my family use iPhones, but everyone is surprised with this phone on how well made and what you get for the money. I was even more chuffed when 007 took one out in his last bond movie, I just sat there with a smile on my face ☺️. I would definitely recommend to purchase this phone.

Nice, easy to use Nokia phone
I have ADHD so spend a long time looking at whatever I'm fixating on. I can't tell you how many phones I had examined and added to basket before settling on this one. I'm not going to lie - it's big. I can no longer fit it down my bra but that's a good thing now I'm getting older and cancer is a worry. I have added an sd memory card but I haven't needed to use it yet as it has loads of internal storage. On my days off from work I'm usually on my phone 90% of the time. Tiktok and Facebook mainly. The battery can last me all day with only needing to plug it in at night. But that's constant use for hours. If I'm being a normal human and not on my phone all day then I can have 30%+ left when I go to bed. I had an Android before so was sorta used to the userface. Nokia has different commands you need to know like swiping right to left to go back or close a screen. I still get caught out with that and I've had this phone a good 6 months. Yeh, I would definitely recommend it. I've had to buy a wee cross body bag to stick it in when I take the dogs out a walk but I needed one anyway. Definitely get it if your thinking about it. You can't go wrong with Nokia.

Great phone, decent camera
I had a very fast delivery of my phone for a decent price too. The specification is as described. The size of the screen is fantastic to watch movies. The battery lasts a decent amount of time, but I'd always carry a charger just in case. The camera is decent but the video quality is a little less defining than I'd like. Google assist button prooves very useful - more than I thought. I purchased the phone at a price closer to full price and then a few weeks later, saw a £50 discount on the phone which was disappointing. All in all, would recommend! The warranty isn't as long as some other Nokia phones (XR20 for example). Major plus side is the offsetting option/partnership with Ecologi to plant some trees with the purchase of each phone for the environmentally conscious!

Great phone
My last phone, phoned well. I was content and thought all would be good in the wall. Then the fire nation attacked and my phone screen got cracked. Bought this for and have been really quite impressed. Good battery, good speed in general and moving between apps. Worth the money if you ask me and aren't spending money on the brand/badge.

Excellent
No complaints after 3 months use of the X20, other than the screen size being a bit too big for one-handed use. Excellent battery life, would comfortably take me through 3 days when I haven't played too much scrabble. Very fast and solid looking phone. Don't listen to arrogant snobbish expert reviews about refresh rates. Excellent camera, it does face recognition even when you make funny faces. I am starting to worry that maybe it takes any face! I'd recommend this phone.

Screen and cameras are a bit of a letdown
The phone is quick for everyday tasks, responsive. The battery life is great. It has never gone below 60% in a day. Never gets hot, not even when charging. Doesn't come with a charger thou. It comes with a screen protector (already installed) and a compostable (??) and ugly white cover. Sometimes you can feel how little bits of the cover come off it. Fingerprint sensor is good, better than the on-screen one in my work's Galaxy A52. BUT: The screen isn't great, it doesn't have good contrast. The cameras are simply terrible. No contrast, a bit noisy and don't dare to take a picture with little light. In general, the phone is fine, but it annoys me that my old Nokia 7 Plus (£200 in 2019) had a better screen and a much better camera. Don't get fooled by the ZEISS logo.

Nice Phone
I have been a Nokia user since my first mobile phone - about 3 years ago I changed to Samsung but was not as happy - I have now come back to Nokia and so far I am delighted The phone is big, and the screen is very clear, I used my google account to transfer contacts, photos, emails, whatsapp etc very easily up to now all is good. Battery is lasting 3 to 4 days but I am a moderate user although I have been setting up some music files & generally getting things in order so its not bad. I love it Thank you Nokia

Awesome phone with a few missteps
Update: my old phone stopped receiving security updates so ended up re-ordering this for myself and I love it. The below review still applies with the addition that battery life is very good, up to two days with lots of social media usage and just a bit of gaming. Got this phone for my wife but she didn't like the big size and the front camera so had to return it. I didn't get to spend too much time with it so no idea about battery life. I loved the feel of the phone. It's large but good-looking. The screen looks nice and the whole phone runs well and feels smooth. The OS is completely free of bloatware, which is a huge positive. The rear camera is impressive. Photos have very good quality but what impressed me the most was the cinema mode. It records video at 24 fps in 21:9 format and it looks stunning. Great for amateur cinematographers. Unfortunately the front camera is dissapointing. No matter how i tweaked it it just looked too bad, with unnatural colors and grainy image, especially in Whatsapp and facebook messenger. The sound was also not great. It only comes with a bottom speaker and it's pretty tinny.
