Handy gadget to have. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for the price *by T***. on 17 June 2025* I picked up two of these, given the relatively cheap price, and was pleasantly surprised by what I received. These grip trainers are quite well made, with a fairly sturdy construction that feels solid in the hand, though admittedly the handle itself is not as ergonomic as it could be. It also comes with a small sheet of recommended grip exercises, a great inclusion for someone who wants to diversify the grip exercises they're able to do. The springs that supply the tension feel solid, I don't forsee any issues with them for a long time. Given their size, these are nicely portable and could easily be taken almost anywhere. My only complaint would be the adjustment knob. You turn it to adjust the weight between 10kg and 60kg, but the knob itself is not that smooth, feeling a little bit rickety when adjusting the tension.
