✅ SODIUM COCOYL ISETHIONATE (SCI) is a mild and gentle solid surfactant derived from coconut oil, in the form of powder. It is used in combination with Sodium Coco Sulfate (SCS) to formulate solid shampoos that are soft and well tolerated by the scalp and hair, while providing a rich and creamy lather. It also makes it possible to prepare shower bars. ✅ It has been in use for a number of years but more recently has become well known due to the increasing popularity of solid shampoo bars also known as Syndet Shampoo Bars. ✅ As SCI Solid Surfactant has limited solubility in water it may recrystallise if used in a liquid shampoo. ✅ SCI Solid Surfactant performs well in hard water areas and is biodegradable. It has a minimum of 82% active ingredient and a pH of 6 so formulae do not usually need pH adjusting. - SCI is gentle and totally Sulfate-free and is biodegradable. **Q: Will this foam with only water?**
A: If we are talking about the production process - then it can also be used dry. If about foaming during use - then foam is formed only in reaction with water. In the interaction without water, it will definitely not foam.

Ancora non l'ho provato, ma, a vederlo, sembra migliore di altri perche non ha una consistenza granulare ma molto fine. Purtroppo c'è stato un problema con il sistema di spedizioni in Italia, ma il venditore è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile nel cercare di risolvere nel più breve tempo possibile.
