Product Description:1.5m long portable wheelchair track ramps designed for curbs, steps, and van access. The package includes a pair of wheelchair ramps which telescope from 90cm - 150cm in length, allowing the ramps to be customised for different surface heights. Each ramp track is 18cm - 1.3cm wide overall and features a durable 15cm - 0.3cm wide, non-skid surface for added traction with manual wheelchair wheels.The wheelchair track ramps have a maximum 270kg. weight capacity, include top and bottom attaching lips, an attached cotter pin roll for stationary drill holes, and an easy to use push-button lock with a plastic cover. Raised side rails help wheelchairs on track and centred on the loading ramps. Made with durable, all-aluminium construction.

**Q: what is the clearance on the ramps how high does the lips on the side come up**
A: Top part 11/4" bottom part 11/2" since the top slides into the bottom. These are made for a wheel chair so it won't roll off them if that is your worry.

**Q: To be clear, this compacts down to just over 3 feet in length?  That would be excellent if I am reading this correctly**
A: Actually, I have the 7 foot ramps and not the 5 foot ones. However, the 7 foot ramps reduce down to about 4 feet in length so I'm sure that the 5 foot ramps would reduce down to abvout 3 feet.

**Q: is this sold by the pair or by each piece**
A: It's sold by the pair.

**Q: Can these be used on a staircase of five steps?**
A: I used them over 3 step outside the house.   I would say inside steps would be no different.    My question would be the pitch.
