It's not sticky and glides really well. I've been using it two weeks and the texture of my skin is amazing. My pores are visible tighter. The redness in my cheeks looks better - I've noticed that I use less makeup and my makeup goes on easier. In other words, I don't have to spackle primer on before I put on my foundation. Also the hydration content in my skin feel better. The most noticeable result is that my under-eyes are less puffy. I didn't see anything in the description that said this was something promised, but it should be! Highly recommend.
