I initially ordered an Aeroski (as an alternative) from their website (not desertcart) and was looking forward to a delivery well before Christmas. After a mess-up with my order, I was refunded at the last minute and decided to go ahead an order the Pro Fitter. I could not be more pleased. Even with the last minute order, I received it before Christmas. I am prone to injury due to a desk job (I sit too much) however I am active. I am using the Pro fitter to build up balance and hip flexor complex but have found it can be used for shoulder rehab/strengthening and much more. So far I am extremely happy I made the decision. Review: Broken Wheel - I had used this pro fitter in physical therapy for my knee and was very excited to get my own. When I opened the box one of the wheels had been smashed to pieces and when I tried to get a replacement wheel for it, the company was very difficult to deal with because I had ordered the product from desertcart and not directly from them. I am returning the whole broken item and am going to order it directly from the company this time.
