Before leaving our Factory in Kansas City, MO, all bathtubs go through a full point, hands-on inspection. Our Whirlpool Massage bathtubs are filled with sterile water and turned on for 60 minutes to ensure quality and performance. Every pipe, jet and button is closely examined and tested. At Carver Tubs we believe that quality and cleanliness go hand in hand in creating a relaxing bathing experience. We use custom shaped, hard pipes that are formed by hand to match the natural contour and curves of your bathtub. This process ensures that every last drop of water drains from our pipes to protect against mold, mildew, algae and fungi that are common in other jetted tubs on the market. This is a phenomenal tub and a great value!
We love this tub! We did have to go to Carver directly because we customized it with a bone finish, rubbed oiled bronze drain, heater, 12 jets and air bubbles. We also wanted to specify that the mechanicals be placed on the right side so that we could build an access panel to our closet. We had an electrician run three dedicated circuits to the tub (heater, jets and air bubbles). That might have been an over kill, but I would rather be safe than sorry. We added a Moen T924ORB Brantford Two-Handle Low Arc Roman Tub Faucet and Hand Shower without Valve, Oil Rubbed Bronze from Amazon and a Moen 9992 M-PACT Valve Adjustable 1/2-Inch CC Connection. Costly faucet, but we are pleased with how it looks and works. While the jets are nice, we were pleasantly surprised by how much more enjoyable it is with the air bubbles. Fantastic tub, quality and customer service!
This is my review of this EXCELLENT product. Here is what I can say, I researched many tubs of this size before buying a Carver Tub. This Tub was the best in quality, price and customer service.From my initial email and many other inquires, I received exceptional customer service every time. Once my order was placed, I was able to custom build the tub to include many features, number of jets, location of jets, location of pump, color, etc. I was very impressed by the customer service from Ben, he provided much detail through many emails. Once I received the tub, the driver also provided great customer service. The tub is professional boxed and wrapped to protect the great finish. The location of the jets and over all appearance are fantastic!The delivery is also lighting FAST!EXCELLENT PRODUCT!
