Each flavor jar, is the perfect size, sealed securely and easy to store. Each flavor also has their own unique ingredients and heat levels, which makes how you choose to use each one in your meals or recipes, an experience all in itself. The oil mix is deep, smooth and rich. Not too thick and not too thin. (Also dependent on if you refrigerate the oil mix, or leave it at room temperature). My next mission: to try all the delicious flavors.

All of our products other than the Zhong Sauce, King Zhong, Preserved Black Bean, Hot Pot Base, Black Vinegar, Dumplings, and the Doubanjiang are gluten free!

**Q: How many ounces in each jar?**
A: 6 oz each which may seem small for the price but the flavor profile of these are high quality and don’t require much to season food and the taste is amazing

**Q: It’s delicious.  ordering more for christmas gifts.  question - does it need to be refrigerated once opened?   no directions on jar.**
A: Hello there! We recommend refrigeration for the sauces if they're going to be open for more than a few weeks. They are shelf stable and the oil helps to preserve the ingredients, but since we don't use any added preservatives refrigeration can help extend the shelf life.
