Review: Great little light - Great little light, getting ready to buy another one. The 5-head version is brighter than the 3-head. I don't even have it at full brightness. Plants respond to it immediately, my new grapevines perked up toward the light after a couple hours of being under it. It does get a bit hotter than the 3-head version and I worry about letting my vines get too close to the lights heads. Observe recommended minimum distance of 10"-20" from plants. Flex arms are much stronger than the 3-head version. Arms actually stay in position, very nice. The plastic clip is a bit weak but I made it work. Haven't had any problems so far with functionality on either of the lights I've purchased here. Awesome little grow lights, my plants love them.
Review: So far so good - all works as advertized. - I’ve been using them for a week and a half - so far they seem to work well. I have all 5 cycle on/off for 12 hr intervals and that works well – no time shift. I tried the 3 and 6 hr cycles too, using only blue or red lights, and fewer than 5 heads on, and all worked fine. My only complaint is that the unit screws on the clip with about a quarter of a turn with plastic/plastic threads, so I am afraid just bumping a head might unscrew it from the clip and the five heads could fall to the ground and get damaged.

**Q: Timer setting not working. Why does the light turn off immediately after i set the timer?**
A: Dear customer,  

For you mentioned the light turn off auto after you set the time, we find you may set the Scheduled Starting Time Mode by accident. Please find the differences and setting process for both Automatic Working Mode & Scheduled Starting Time Mode as below:

Automatic Working Mode: Press TIME button for 1 second to let the indicator light blink on 3H to set the light continuing work for 3 hours before turning off automatically. Repeat the action to select the other working times, 6/12H as you need. (Noted: The light will turn on automatically the next day).
Scheduled Starting Time: Press TIME button for 3 seconds to let the indicator light continuously at 3H, setting the light to start 3 hours later. Repeat the action to select the other working times, 6/12H as you need. (Noted: After setting successfully, the light will turn off in 10 seconds, and auto turns on in 3/6/12 hours later and will continue working until you manually turn it off).
