**Q: Does horse walk independently once you push the button or do you manually move the horse's legs?**
A: it moves left and right which makes it walk independantly

**Q: Is one of her legs supposed to be stationary?**
A: I just gave this to my granddaughter for Christmas and saw that all four legs move. I suspect you may have gotten a detective one.
