Just got mine in today it's evening now after my shower and I have about a medium growth of whiskers not course but I have to say this razor is better then a Norelco and a Remington shaver! I sit in my recliner and shave and I don't think I could feel it cutting any whiskers and it's a very quiet razor on top of that so when I got done going through the motions of Shaving, I got up to look at my face in my bathroom mirror and I couldn't believe it smoother than a baby's you know what! Very good job underneath the chin the neck my upper lip! Just utterly it brought me into a place of consternation which in layman's terms would mean total amazement! I shaved in about 5 minutes or less because I was in no rush I was in for the evening and I also notice the reading on the razor that it was still at 100% as far as the battery indicator is showing! Yes I would say a great investment! And I would also say that the manufacturer once the competition and they're probably telling them to bring it on well I gave them Seven Stars! But you didn't hear that from me. Well anyway you do get some bad reviews I hope I don't see any hear about this razor because the only thing I could think of to tell them because there is a lot of them out there you must be looking for attention and I could also tell them to quit nitpicking! Best regards, SweetLF Team **Q: Where can I get a power cord ?** A: After three months my power cord stopped working for no apparent reason after only normal light use. Although the cord has the standard micro USB plug used on Android phones and just about everything else these days the physical shape of the razor prevents most charging cords from fitting into the socket. I have at least half a dozen micro USB cords and only one of them sort of fits, which is how I know it is the cord and not the razor that failed, but unfortunately it doesn't fit well enough to be a long term replacement solution.
