I noticed a pretty long scratch along the top about 3 inches but you couldnt feel it with your finger. I sanded it lightly with no results. My mason guy was coming the next day so I went ahead and conditioned, stained, sanded, polyed, and sanded again. Scratch still shows. I have strategically place a candle over it. Dissappointed that it was shipped that way.
