I like that it has a grippy surface for the part the bottom of the iPad stands on, with 2 different slots to control the angle the iPad is propped up at. The plastic case part seems like it'd provide decent protection in the event of a fall, and the soft outer material on both sides of the iPad when folded up seems scratch-resistant and is also somewhat grippy in the hand. That's been helpful for me to carry the iPad around, and if I lay my bluetooth keyboard on top of it it doesn't slide around while I take it between living room and office.For the money I feel this case provides a lot of value, doesn't feel cheap, and feels like something that makes sense on a $1000+ tablet.
