They look like the exact same product for both part numbers.You can go to the jockey site and search for Style 1487 and Style 1485. **Q: this product comes in size 5, but says "plus". Same as regular size 5?** A: I used their chart and received a size two people could fit into. Unfortunately I threw them into the wash right away and ended up with 6 pair I can't wear and can't return. So there you have it.
