I have to warn anyone who tries it, that when 1st applied, its gonna set you on fire for about 30 seconds or less. Believe me its 100% worth a short lived sting to resolve the problem and for good. I get cold sores like once a year and receive a prescription pill to use for break outs. That expensive prescription is nothing compared to this tea tree oil cream. I much rather have this than take a pill, that barely helps. It doesn't cause me dryness or any issues other than the brief sting.
