**Q: what is shelf life**
A: Unlimited, as long a s you keep it dry.  Packed in Mylar zipper bag.

**Q: Will this work with baked goods? Such as brownies or cookies that have milk and eggs?**
A: Not sure, I am using this product in a set of lab experiments. But I think it is commonly used in bake goods as a preservative. As long as it is food grade should be okay.

**Q: Would this work in bread pudding?**
A: most common preservatives are 1) propionate, 2) Sorbate, 3) Benzoate. the pH of your product will influence the choice.
most pudding uses either sodium benzoate or potassium sorbate , either by itself or the combination of both.

A: 2 years.
