Looking at other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring theme. The packaging needs rethinking as having 6 glass bottles in a small box with no additional protection or packaging this will continue to happen. Guess I was lucky I only lost one - seems no way either to claim a refund for the broken bottle unless you go down the return route!
