Will this still fix the problem?** A: This will only work if your water line is frozen. Ours freezes just a few inches up the line and I slowly squeeze the hot water to melt the ice. **Q: Did you also increase the size of the syringe?** A: No I did not. You can increase the size of the syringe. **Q: Can i get a longer tube? 36" does not go far enough to get to the blockage... Can I get a 6 foot tube?** A: Hi! We have never in our years of service needed longer than a 36” tube to thaw a frozen water dispenser line. (They always freeze inside the freezer door, which is 24”-36” in tubing length).
