They sent me a different product twice so I decided to order them directly from KoreHealth. After 3 weeks, I still don’t have the refund from Amazon because UPS apparently lost the second return and I have to go through the hassle of filing a claim with UPS. Eventually, they were delivered from KoreHealth.Pros: 1. Although I have used them for only 2 weeks, the bands themselves seem to be of good quality and will stretch farther than you need. You can get a great workout with them. 2. The door anchor or latch works very well and is essential to vary your exercises.Cons: 1. It took a long time to get the first response from them after I ordered them. 2. Their customer service is extremely minimal or non-existent. If you try to call, you have to leave a message and you get no response. 3. They are way overpriced at $60 and you can get what seems to be the same product on Ebay for about one fifth the price. Buyer beware. 4.
