Review: Very crispy so long as you keep the batter mix very cold - Unfortunately, I cannot read the directions. But I do what has been instructed to me on other temporary mixes. Keep the tempura mix very cold as you turn it into a batter. I do that by mixing ice cubes with the batter and letting them melt until I get the proper consistency may be a little water if it’s taking too long for the ice cubes to melt. Then whatever product I’m going to cook I make sure that’s very cold too. It comes out as crispy as you can imagine

You just add cold water to the mix and stir it until it's the consistency of thin pancake batter. The first time I used it I made orange chicken and it was so good. This time, the zucchini fritters and I still have some mix left over for another batch of food.
