I'm sensitive to many ingredients on top of severe allergies to most common foods plus I need to eat gluten-free. I had given up on anything resembling a desert, then I discovered these cookies. They don't have xanthan gum, one of the ingredients that makes me sick and is common to all gluten-free foods. So I decided to try them, and they are great! The cashier at the grocery store asked me about the flavor and I told her they were the best I had ever had,. She needs to eat gluten-free so she tried them and told me she ate the whole box in one sitting! It's easy to do! She said they were the best gluten-free cookie she had ever eaten! I only gave 4 stars for value because my local store occasionally puts these on sale for $4/box, and Amazon's price has been as high as $6/box. But when suppliers lower the price on Amazon I will purchase them online.
