The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there's not any information available from Instant Pot about uses for the "broiler pan". I'd like a little more information for the uses. Baking ? Cooking a steak (well, I don't know about that) ? Recipe suggestions ? SOMETHING. The name seems to indicate "broil" or does it ? Also, another good thing is that it can be ovened up to 450 degrees.. But what about that broiler pan ?
