I've been doing enemas with this product maybe twice a week every 3 weeks and my skin and digestion, etc is much better.

After having used this for several months I found it to be a great middle of the road coffee. I don't do Gerson and I tend to longer hold times and have never found this coffee to be overpowering. I get the results that I'm looking for which is all that matters. I do find the instructions confusing and as of yet the supplier has yet to respond to my emails.

I could be wrong, but I concluded that a pricey, healthy, organic coffee should be able to be drunk if it could be used as an enema. I mean, it's going in your body, so it can't be bad to drink, right?I don't do enemas, so I thought I'd experiment with made like my regular coffee. Using a little more than I normally would of a coarser, darker grind, I brew up 6 cups worth in my Bunn drip. The resulting liquid was pale and water, appearing and tasting more like black tea than dark rich coffee. That's to be expected given the ultra-light roast. I added some creamer and sweetener to it and it tasted a bit more like coffee, though it's far from delicious. If you are into very light (blond) roasts, then you might actually enjoy this "gold" roast coffee. But it's not my bag, man.The bottom line (see what I did there?): Foret Health Enema Coffee for Detox Therapy is probably best used for its intended purpose rather than tantalizing your taste buds. The point is you can drink it if you want, but there are better and less expensive coffees available for you to do just that.
