Terrible
I am a recreational athlete and got this product for training. It ripped in a few weeks of 2-3 time a week training sessions. I contacted multiple time customer service but only got run around. No exchange no refund. Don’t take it.

Bad For Older Knees
Stiff silicone flippers stain the tendons that stabilize the knee (meniscus), and should only be used for dolphin kicks, not scissor kicks.
