Review: You won't believe how yummy! - I was first introduced to Kewpie Mayonnaise while we were stationed at Yokota Air Force Base in Tokyo. It's so much better than American mayo, or maybe it's just different. Until I tried Kewpie, my favorite mayo was Dukes, which is great mayo. Kewpie, however, doesn't have that sharp bite to it, it's smooth, smooth, smooth!! You don't have to stir it at all, but it does come in a squeeze bottle. I use it for everything that calls for mayo, especially my favorite chicken salad. I make it with chicken breast, chopped almonds, dried cranberries, a little chicken broth and a good bit of Kewpie mayo. There is a slight, slight sweetness to it that compliments whatever you put it in, but it's not obvious at all. Yes, it's pricey, but I don't care because it's worth it to me, and I'm one of those people you see in the grocery store comparing prices per ounce!! Yeah, I'll pay for Kewpie Mayonnaise without hesitation!!

**Q: Is it Gluten free and dairy free?**
A: I don't know if it is gluten free, but here are the ingredients: soybean oil, egg yolks, water, vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard flour, red wine vinegar, yeast extract  I hope this helps

**Q: It says there are no carbs but one of the ingredients is sugar?**
A: Sugar appears as the 6th ingredient.  One tablespoon of sugar has 13 grams of carbs.  I guess the amount is low enough where it is unmeasurable.  That's all i can tell you, I dont manufacture the product, just re-sell it.  I hope this helps, thanks.

A: This is the only way I have seen it.
