First this tool is so quiet. It cuts a 1/16" line and its perfect. No dust, cuts just through the drywall and the backer paper and you are done. I cut a 19 foot strip in my living room that took 1 minute 50 seconds. No mess. When I was done, I just attach my vacuum to the tool and vacuum out the dust. For me having the vacuum attached the entire time would be more of a pain. So I'm finding lots of project for this tool. If you are a handyman or contractor, well this is a quick way to cut into someones wall without all the mess. What I'm doing now, had I had to use a recipricating saw and cut all of this, it would have been a great deal harder. Messy, unwanted drywall damage, possible severed wires behind the drywall and broken bits of drywall. The battery and charger can be found for 1/2 the price if you search around. Sheeyit, I even cut through some metal drywall corner trim cos I was too lazy to get the sawzaw from the barn (don't recommend cutting through metal tho, it jerked the saw quite a bit). Before buying, I was wondering if it would cut through wood very well. After putting to use, it works fantastic. Ripping out basement drywall with studs I zipped through cutting about 100' of drywall and treated 2x4s in 20 mins. Makes nice clean cuts too. I even purchased 2 additional blades but never had to use. The one that came with the saw is still a shark. Very good tool! **Q: can i use it to cut for a 3' round box?** A: Well you can. Not super easy though. More designed for straight cuts. You should check out an adjustable "Hole Pro" for dust free hole drilling. They work really well. This tool has changed my life by the way. I have to cut out drywall for accessing electrical or doorways or 1 million different things in remodel work and it is fast, accurate, and dust free. **Q: Cant find vacuum adapter for hose** A: I am using the hose from the Hyde 09170 Drywall Vacuum Sander (https://www.amazon.com/Hyde-09170-Dust-Free-Drywall-Vacuum/dp/B000M2WSHY). The fit isn't overly tight, but I've remove ceiling drywall and no issue with the hose staying put. I tried this after not finding an adapter at Lowes/Home Depot, and was quite happy. It's almost dust free without the vacuum. I wish it would have came out years ago. Great for cutting out sheetrock after you found the center of your studs.
