This tastes amazing shaken up with some coconut water and collagen, and even though it's not as strong as the shatter I used, it still carries a pleasant calming effect that pairs nicely with the relief and hydration that collagen and coconut water bring. I highly recommend this if you're middle aged and your nerves are a bit worn for the wear.
