Very good product however the translation of the manual for this product is certainly confusing and it took a while to figure out what was being said.

It goes offline for no reason. I recently went on a business trip and I was able to log on once after that it was offline. This has happened on other occasions as well. The picture and the other features are very good, however because of the going offline issue it is not suitable for my needs
