The strawberry banana tastes great!!! The cinnamon bun is straight up nasty. It has that fake cinnamon burnt taste. I would definitely buy the straw banana again. No way to the cinnamon. The taste is very synthetic and so sweet. I've had the RTD keto drink and it is just barely sweet to me, this is the opposite side of the spectrum. So I bought these in both flavors for a quick and easy keto meal replacement. I prefer the cinnamon bun flavor over the banana strawberry one. If you follow the directions on the pack, its gonna taste super sweet. So its best that you add in more fluids to water the sweetness down. It's not the best tasting shake but I was able to tweak it so it would taste much better. First, add 2 tablespoons of low carb unsweetened cocoa powder (you can do this for both flavors, they taste better). Then add in almond milk and water. I usually just eyeball the measurements for this but its somewhere around 80% almond milk and 20% water. Adjust to your liking. Then add in about 8-10 ice cubes and blend away. You MUST BLEND THIS. It will have a grainy if you just shake it in a bottle. All in all, this helped me lose the weight. So i give it a thumbs up.
