It makes tops very difficult to find because either they are too tight in the chest or they fit in the chest and hang everywhere else. I went up to a medium on these tops and played with the loop closures, but it still feels somewhat restrictive. I like the brand and it's one of the best tops I've found for my build (WonderWink Wonder Flex is my favorite scrubs brand), but I have yet to find the perfect scrub top. All in all, it works. I recommend going up a size if you are built like me. I was concerned given that the shirt listed was in juniors sizing, but it actually fit great! The cut is very feminine, but the v neck doesn't dip too far down. The short sleeves go up far enough to not get in the way, and the shirt is long enough that it hits right at my hips. It was pretty soft right out of the package. It's still soft after a couple washes and hasn't shrunk.
