## Description

This is not your ordinary gauge set! Each 2" gauge features 0-76cm/hg readings, shut off valve and all hardware is high grade chrome finish instead of brass for longer life, higher corrosion resistance and better flow accuracy. Air flow control is handled by needle and seat valves instead of knobs. This helps to resist the dial indicator "bounce" associated with many other lower quality gauges. Set comes complete with black mold storage case. It includes both 5mm adapters for Honda & suzuki, and 6mm adapters for yamaha. Review: Used this items to sync the "starter valves" on the throttle body for my Honda ST1300. Worked well for that purpose, as they had not been adjusted for over 70,000 miles. Now my bike idles much smoother. Another upside is that I can use it on my carbureted bikes. I like the fact that the gauges have a solid feel and adjust easily. The included vacuum hoses are a reasonable length, which made this kit easy to use. It also comes complete with several adapters for various makes of carbs. FYI, the inner diameter of the included hose appears to be 5mm, so I could not use the included adapters. Instead, I had to purchase a separate set of hose barbs to connect to the unit to the throttle body hoses for a leak-free connection. I don't fault the manufacturer of seller for this, as it's nearly impossible to sell a product that will fit every application. I am hopeful that this gauge set will continue to serve me well into the future.

**Q: what are these adapters for?  I have a CBR600F4i and would like to sync the idle valves, but I have no clue what these threaded adapters are for.**
A: They are for 4 cycle boat outboard motors that still have carbs.

**Q: I just saw the gauge cc motor size (550, 650, 750) after i purchased this item.  will this tune a 1985 v65 (1100cc) motor?**
A: The guage don't "know" what it's connected to. It will even work on cars

**Q: Will it work on a 250?**
A: this is universal item

**Q: Will this work on a v-twin motorcycle?**
A: Its a definate maybe. There are more things that I would need to know before anyone can answer that question. Although this might be a little over kill given that you are only going to need 2 of them instead of 4. It's nice to have for if your going to use it on other bikes as well.  Generally though if it is a dual carb only one of them is adjustable in which case you can tune by sound. I have seen a few that both are tunable but not extremely often. If you can get me more info on the bike I can give you a more direct answer(year make and model would be very helpful) but in more cases than not yes this will work for you.
