It came early and seemed packaged very well. The problem was when my husband opened it the wood was chipped, but since it was in the back where it would face the wall I decided not send send it back. My husband put it together, and everything went together fine until he went to tighten down the screws (by hand) and while doing so, two of the screw heads broke off. I might understand it if he over tightened them with the electric drill, but this was by hand and it hadn't even finished reaching the base yet... Fortunately for me my hubby works with wood a lot, just doesn't have time to do everything I want him to, so he was able to remedy the issue without a problem. My suggestion would be for them to use better quality screws.
