The inside measurements of this box is 3 inches deep, 3 1/4 inches wide, and 5 1/2 inches high. If you look at your outlet cover I would say that if the plug does not exceed the outlet cover by more than a quarter of an inch, then I believe that this cover will hold those plugs that sit sideways. As far as the depth of the plug, you have 3 inches of depth and I believe that it will be able to hold and cover a charger plug. **Q: How many come in one order?** A: One. **Q: Will this fit over a phone charging block like for Samsung chargers?** A: It should fit over most phone charges. The inside dimensions are listed in the description **Q: Will it work to cover phone jacks too or just electrical outlets?** A: It attaches by a center screw which matches the one on electrical outlets and comes with two back-plates, one that has cut-outs to match electric sockets and one that is just one large rectangle.
