A: Yes, it attaches to the down tube And seat post. It will fit any mountain bike .

A: My wheels are 700's and tires are 32's.mine is a cyclocross frame.I 'fe alsoUsed this fender on my 700x28 wheel and tire road bike.you will have plentyOf clearance and its a great minimal fender.

**Q: How far do the straps extend?**
A: I have the Origami mounted on the downtube of my Specialized Cruz Evo. The Tube is about 3 inches in diameter. The straps went around it with lots to spare. It isn't perfect. You still get stuff coming off the front wheel over the handlebars, but it does keep a lot of wet stuff off of your legs and the frame.
