**Q: Will this work with a xfinity home alarm system by comcast?**
A: if it has a 12 volt dc output on alarm , yes then it will work

**Q: Does this alarm require a relay?**
A: The question would be what are you connecting the siren to? The siren requires power to make it sound, what are you wanting the siren to sound for? Does that device and a connection for the siren?

**Q: can a strobe light be wired into the plus and minus of the incoming power connectors**
A: On my unit I found a dedicated  for a strobe.  I did not connect a strobe so could not say how well it works...

**Q: How do you turn the alarm off?**
A: This is just a siren, not an alarm system.  When power is applied, it makes a loud noise.  And when no power is applied, it is silent.
