Item arrived vacuum packed hence the creases in the skirt. This results in some uneven dips in the dress however nothing a steam shouldn't fix. Material is as expected for an item of this price but not to the point where I would call it uncomfortable. I will say your dress must be very loose and flowy for the full effect. The existing underskirt of my dress was too tight, restricting the new underskirt from extending.
