And I do mean excellent quality. The double net design works incredibly well for both large debris and the tiny nuisance stuff that always seems to escape other skimmers. I also really appreciate the scoop edge along the bottom because it makes it much easier to grab leaves, dirt, and random debris sitting on the pool floor without fighting with it. The net itself has a large capacity and feels sturdy, not flimsy like so many others I’ve tried. Living in Arizona, I can also say the durability has seriously impressed me. The desert sun and extreme heat destroy most plastic outdoor products pretty quickly, so my expectations are usually pretty low when it comes to longevity. This is actually my SECOND time purchasing this skimmer… and only because the first one lasted about five years out in the brutal Arizona elements. That’s honestly far beyond what I’ve come to expect. Highly recommend.
