Unfortunately, even with limited use, food continues to stick badly. Simple items like omelettes and dosa stick to the surface, which defeats the entire purpose of buying such an expensive pan. If basic cooking results in sticking, there is no justification for the premium cost. This experience has led to a complete loss of trust in the brand. Spending so much money should guarantee performance, and this product has failed to deliver.
