The problem persists mainly in your L3 device - router or firewall. If you have an Internet connection to only one of the CBS110 ports then you have to check your Internet Gateway (usually a router or security appliance) that might have implemented some security rules, misconfigured IP addresses, DHCP, etc. The problem is not in your CBS110 switch.
