Review: Love The Gourmet Collection Spices - For many years I've purchased the Ginger Lemon Sriracha spice and we all love it, specially on salmon. It gives a nice lemony-ginger spicy taste and it is kind-of low in sodium, of course it depends as to how much you put to your fish. We've also used it with cod and shrimp. I you like ginger and lemon, and you like a little bit of kick, you won't be disappointed. I'll update this review one I use the other two spices.
