Once I zeroed out the miter, it is dead on and repeatable at 90 degrees. That is all I tested. Very sturdy, easy assembly and setup, did not have to look at the directions. Love the fence and the graduations. The stop is stiff enough for real use. the adjustment for the slide works very well. I would buy it again if I needed one. The small parts sled is also better than expected. It is 90 degrees as best I could measure with a good framing square. No adjustments needed. Nice fit and finish. The only thing that could be better is the adjustments on the slide bar are nylon set screws from the side that are tedious to adjust and move with use. Need to add some Loctite or something I suppose. Great value and saved a lot of time instead of designing and building one from scratch. Can you use the flip stop to cut boards of this length?** A: Yes, you can. The fence is 24” long and the flip stop needs just under 2” to work in. The question is whether you should. If the pieces being cut are only a few inches longer than 22” then this approach works well. However, if you are cutting several 22” pieces from a much longer board then you may find it awkward. Consider using the miter gauge to keep it square but use a block fastened at 22” from the blade to set the length. Even better, if you have it, use a chop saw to cut the 22” pieces. **Q: What are the dimensions? could it be adapted (flipped) to work on a 14" bandsaw (move the runner - slot is on right side of blade)?** A: The gage will work on either side of a blade. There is no "handedness" (left or right) to it. The gage sticks out 3-1/8" from the edge of the bar on both sides. The blue extension bar with the T-slots is 24" long. **Q: Will this fit the 14” porter cable band saw?** A: Probably.
