Take out the silly padding. Adjustable straps to pull up the girls for lift but no real support. Yoga - yes...jumping jacks -no. **Q: I’m a 36 dd what size should I get? I’m 41in in the bust** A: This is really an educated guess, but I would *think* probably a large. I actually bought these for my pre-teen daughter in a size small since she’s about a 30 A. So a medium would likely be too small in your case. But from the size chart, if you’re normally a 36 band size, a large looks like it would probably work. They’re really stretchy, and span a few band/cup sizes so hopefully that’ll work for you. **Q: Anybody know what size would be good for a 38b?** A: I'm a 38b & got the XL (according to the size chart)... although I'm also 6'2" & just pull it on over my head, not even unclasping it. They fit great. They provide the support of a bra or sports bra, but they are not restrictive. The padding is connected in the middle to keep it from moving around too much, and as an added bonus material is wicking. I've used these bras daily since I purchased them, and I'm very happy with them.On the negative side, some of the stitching came loose on the strap, but for me that was a minor annoyance, I was able to get it back together and functional again. I gave it four stars knowing that not everybody will have the skill to repair the bra should the seam break. I've had some minor issues with the padding wrinkling around the edges, but that doesn't bother me too much. If it gets to the point that it bothers me, I will simply remove it altogether.The colors are great and they don't run. I've put my bras through the washer (cold and warm water) and the dryer (low to medium low heat) multiple times and they have come through with flying colors. I've gone swimming with these and they are still functional and super comfortable. I can work in the garden, the yard, and the orchard and not chaffe, and I'm not constantly pulling it down and readjusting the bra as I work, and the sweat simply wicks away. It doesn't dry completely, but it's still comfortable to wear. I don't feel the need to rip it off as soon as I get back inside because it's sticky and gross.Overall, an excellent bra for the price, I would recommend these.
