Unfortunately we did not look closely at the tread on the rear tires. The center area was BALD on both tires. After attempting to contact them, I threatened to call the BBB. Then they replied that the trike was out of warranty (30 days) It was deliveredf on June 22. I discovered the problem the end of July. I continued to be in contact with them, sending invoice, sending picture. New tires would cost $18 each. After much complaining, they agreed to replace the 2 tires but I would have to pay shipping but I would have to pay $18 shipping. I agreed but I believe this is ridiculous. They sent me 2 tires that were BALD. Not so. When you read the fine print in their instructions it says: " WARNING: β–ͺ︎Never ride your Mobo on public streets or roads. β–ͺ︎ ...Never ride on dirt, grass, sand, grass, slick or wet surfaces. " Which begs the question, just where can you ride it. I esp. loved the part about not riding in public roads and the video clearly shows kids riding on "neigborhood" streets and multiple individuals riding on a beach. Don't know about you, but the only beaches I have ever seen were sand or loose gravel. Closer review of Mobo's pictures would show riders biking on sidewalks and driveways. Really deceptive! As I live in a rual environment, I'll be returning the trike.
