**Q: How should I wash my snood?**
A: We recommend hand-washing and air drying, but you can also machine wash with cold water using the gentle cycle, then air dry or tumble dry low.

**Q: Will my snood shrink if I wash it in hot water?**
A: No, our snoods are made with acrylic yarn which does not shrink in hot water. If anything, hot water could actually cause the yarn fibers to loosen somewhat.

**Q: My dog refuses to wear the snood! What do I do?**
A: Try holding a treat at the opening of the snood so your dog has to stick its head through to get it. Once the snood is on, it's normal for a dog to take a little time to get used to wearing something around their head. Keep at it! :)
