When I contacted Woodbridge they said they could not provide the parts and to return the product to Amazon. I asked Amazon customer service to send me a replacement and they declined. All they cared about was returning the faulty one. I had contractors ready to install my tub and as a result they could not complete my bathroom. Worst customer service I have ever had from Amazon.
