A: We have not. Our keep in the lunch package or box. We also clip to the outside or bottle pocket depending upon which backpack they decide to use. So we don't put in the backpack itself.  But it sounds like something is hitting the push button just right to open and spill. Try keeping it on a clip on the outside. Or something to that effect.  Other than it would make sure it stays stable with nothing moving around it that could possibly catch and push the button. Wish I could be more help. Good luck!

We use it daily and it’s easy for a 3 year old to use it on his own. I wish it came with an extra silicone spout because at this age they sometimes bite it and ruin it quickly.
