A: Nope to all your questions. To configure clb, flex/mct and toga you will need to map the throttle positions. The flap lever has no detents. You need to map the positions of the flaps.

A: Nope. It's just a piece of plastic that fits where the spoiler is. To arm/disarm spoilers, you will need to configure buttons on your joystick and/or keyboard.
