Review: Cheap, easy to work with, feels firm and durable - worked well enough. all i needed was to add a cuff to some rubber boots. help the flex seal coating well, but the flex seal had it's own issues. so the project as a whole had some set backs. be warned, contact cement doesn't hold to the foam to good. but overall it feels firm and durable. the thickness was perfect for the job
Review: Excellent choice - Thanks I bought this for comped tickets to Blizzcon 2023. Of course I had to do a cosplay. I got a $8 heat gun here on desertcart. It’s worked beautifully for my foam armor set. I definitely recommend spending what needs spent to get The Foamory brand. It’s used a great deal less uv resin than others. It will save you tons of money in the long run. It molds like a dream. I made a dress form of my body using movers plastic wrap and duct tape, stuffed with old grocery bags. Then I attached it to the mannequin dress form I also own. I put the supportive structural undergarments on it and viola!! Pinned the 1mm foam into the desired shape. With the heat gun I made divets, lines, and a molded fit. I think next time I’ll be using a thicker foam as 1mm is difficult to get more. East to cut. Even easier to cure and paint. The shape held up after removing the pins and coating with uv gel throughout the curing and finishing process for foam armor!! I’ll post photos after I’ve attended Blizzcon 2023!!

worked well enough. all i needed was to add a cuff to some rubber boots. help the flex seal coating well, but the flex seal had it's own issues. so the project as a whole had some set backs. be warned, contact cement doesn't hold to the foam to good. but overall it feels firm and durable. the thickness was perfect for the job

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Inexpensive, so if u mess up it no huge loss.

Foam has been good. Making very minimal motorcycle (chopper) seats for my own builds. I get a 10mm thick firm base layer, then a 3/8 to 1/2 inch softer but still firm top layer. I have a super minimal budget, and this works out very well for me. I cover it myself and it works great. My covering won't win any shows, but it's very functional and easy to cut, modify or change if you want to change your design. I ride, not show bikes. If I want to change something about my seat after sitting on it for a while, it's easy. Just peel off and start over, or modify existing set up. Once I get it perfect I'll have it professionally covered. It's excellent for R&D.
