Excellent delivery, arrived on time. Great product but no complimentary matches were included. Its no big deal as they were complimentary but don't say they're included if you're not going to include them.

Thought matches were missing when first looked as box was smaller than expected - eventually found them in the paper packing.I used the fluid and matches in an incinerator and they worked perfectly.

good value for money, but - if you gonna use it 1st time - follow instruction - leave it for a couple of minutes to allow penetration before starting fire
